WHAT IS PL90 DAY 
CHALLENGE?

Welcome to PL90. 

For those that are not sure what we are and how the challenge works. 

 

PL90 is a Perseverance & Lifestyle group. Our aim is to motivate and guide each other to reach our goals. 

 

This group is filled with like minded individuals, that are pushing to improve them selves. There is a lot of information to be had here. A lot of knowledgeable people on different subjects and those who are here to learn. We welcome the info you might have to share. 

 

Those days when you don't feel like working out or you're slacking on your diet, the group is here to push you and get you on track. We encourage people to post your daily fitness activity by text, photos or video. Post your meals and diet plans (someone will tell you if it's good or not) 👀 lol

 

As far as the 90 DAY CHALLENGE. This will be a reoccurring event. As the name implies it's a CHALLENGE, while this will hopefully become a lifestyle change for you, we want you too PUSH and challenge your self. 

 

Set a goal and push to reach it in 90days. Make some sacrifices and challenge your self to do and try something you've never done b4. Step out of your comfort zone. No progress is ever made in your comfort zone. 

 

We have NO set regiment or routine that you must follow. We are here to teach and inform. Not sure what to do in the gym or for at home workouts, JUST ASK. Not sure about what foods are not good for you, JUST ASK. You don’t have a gym partner JUST ASK. 

 

Please introduce yourself to the room, and let us know if you are NEW or returning. And what you would like to accomplish or get out of these 90 days.
